Remuneration
Remuneration of the employee of the company shall consist of fixed salary and variable.
The fixed salary for each employee is to be market related, variable salary will be fixed in accordance with the achievements of the target, fixed by the company from time to time . Distinguished performance of the employee will be reflected in the variable salary.
